When are you open? From April until late October.
What time is the Reception Service available? The Reception Service is available from 8:00 am until 24:00 midnight and you can use your room key-card to access the main hotel entrance as well. In emergency case during midnight, please do not hesitate to call 0030 6944556434.
In which hotel area and what time can we have Breakfast? The daily buffet Breakfast is available from 8 to 10 a.m and you can enjoy your meal on the hotel Ground floor (in or out) in a designated area.
Do you offer Wi-Fi? Yes, access to Wi-Fi is free of charge. You just need to check the login details either from the ‘Welcome Guest Card’ in your hotel room or ask the reception staff.
How far are you from the nearest airport? We are approximately 80 kilometres from the International Airport “Macedonia” (Thessaloniki Airport). It is about 60 minutes by car.
How can I reach you by car? If you are driving: from Thessaloniki we follow the signs to “Athens”. After 60 minutes of driving we reach Katerini and we take a left turn at the traffic lights following the signs to ‘Paralia’. We keep driving straight towards to the beach and after 10 minutes we reach the village of ‘Paralia’.
Can you pick me up from the airport? Absolutely! We can arrange your transfer from the airport with an extra charge. Please contact directly for details before your arrival and rates inform.
Where is the closest hospital? In Katerini, 10 minutes away.
Can we have a doctor in the hotel? Of course you can! Please inform a hotel staff as soon as possible and let us help you upon request.
Do you accept small animals? Please note that we really love all king of animals, however we do not permit any pets in-house the hotel.
What time can I check-in and what time do I have to check out? Check-in is from 14:00 and check out is at 12:00. *Early check-in / Late check-out available upon request and subject the availability. Please contact the hotel reception staff for details.
